the sacred within the Self
The sacred within the Self will be the guiding thread of these two days of reflection and sharing.
The sacred, in itself, can be understood as a connection to a larger reality that gives meaning and depth to existence. It is an inner experience that transcends the ego and connects the individual to something greater than themselves.

Through eight key moments we will explore the compelling need to find that connection greater than life itself.
We might ask ourselves to what extent the active imagination of psychology
analytical thinking, IDS® (Self-Intelligence), the Palo Alto systemic approach, journaling
can accompany us on this path to find a place, a movement or some
right directions between oneself and Self.
We will also question the material of our myths, the origin and use of our images, sounds, smells and their links to archetypes.
Finally, we will turn to the very genesis of Jungian theory by discussing the Shadow and its societal dimension. Then we will listen to our bodies through the holistic dimension of the shiatsu meridians.
The powerful setting of Roucas Blanc will welcome us facing the Mediterranean Sea, with the reflection of the stone, of the sky, protected by the Bonne Mère a few steps above, allowing us to listen to each other, to connect with the elements.
